ANNOUNCEMENT Dear Customers and Vendors, It has been a great pleasure for the whole team at Able Card Corp. to have worked with each of you for the last ten-plus years. There are a lot of successful stories to be shared between you and us. We would like to say "Thank You" again for your support and cooperation. Since we had two silent shareholders who wanted to retire and at the same time been honored by a group majority owned by Native Americans that are interested in owning part of our company. Therefore in the last few months, we've put together an agreement to form a new partnership in which First Nations Capital Partners, Herman Ho, Hector Dominguez and Donny Yu are the Owners and Members of the new Able Card, LLC. Herman will continue as the CEO & President, while Hector and Donny are the Vice Presidents. Mr. John Upshur will be the Manager representing the Fund to oversee the company. The managing team remains the same, including Tina Mitchell and Wayne Jones as Sales Manager, Tom Lee as Printing Manager, Sergio Jaramillo and Alfredo Figueroa as Production Manager. All other employees remain the same. Our policy to bring you the best price, quality and service will remain the same. You don't have to do anything with this partial change of ownership.
